Placing an order constitutes a purchase offer. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order (e.g., due to pricing error, out-of-stock item, or suspected fraud).

We accept secure payment methods including Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable). All transactions are encrypted and processed via secure gateways.

d. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Uganda and selected regions in East Africa. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. You’ll be informed of shipping charges and delivery details at checkout.

e. Returns & Refunds

Customers have up to 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original packaging. Certain items (e.g., in-ear hearing devices) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.
